Jakarta Provincial Government asks an assist to central government related to airport train construction. It is done as preparation toward the 2018 Asian Games and one of alternative transportation for the athletes avoiding traffic jam.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Provincial Government also asked developers to construct light rail transit (LRT) as the airport trains support.

"We involve the private to ease the LRT construction. People will go to Kemayoran and Kelapa Gading sport center from airport directly," he added.

He admitted that the preparation remains three years. "Everything must be done in 2017 because there will be a trial," Ahok continued.
